A PreReview: I.Fairy Hanabi Red Circle Lenses

HELLO EVERYBODY!
I'M BACK FOR ANOTHER CIRCLE LENS REVIEW.
This one will be on the I.Fairy Hanabi Red circle lenses.
They are 16.2mm in diameter and also lasts up to a year.
I specifically got this for cosplay from Iszo Circle Lens.
I think this circle lens shop has the best value for I.Fairy, and they also have the widest selection for I.Fairy.
Worldwide shipping was free :) Gotta love that free shipping! Woot!

The lenses came in  bottles like this

I also received a lens super adorable lens case like

The lenses ♥

No flash natural lighting ~

These lenses are so huge! And as you can see, the color is very noticeable even without flash.
Great for cosplay!
I'm cosplaying Jonah from Jormungand with these lenses.

Here is how they look with flash ~

So that concludes my mini PreReview on these! Please stay tune for a full video later on! ^-^

Fairy Drops Mascara

A video review of the new Fairy Drops Mascara will be up soon, but for now, I'll word my first impressions of it.

This is the new formula for the Fairy Drops mascara. I heard that a lot of people like the old formula better. The wand remains the same. The packaging is altered and is more metallic looking.

I had very high hopes for this mascara since everyone was raving about it. I haven't tried the older formula... I wonder where I can find it. Well, to be short and blunt, I was disappointed. I like the concept of the wand shape. I think that is very nice and does help with the application, but the formula is a bit... Dry. I have average Asian lashes and it did basically nothing for me. It did lengthen A BIT, but that was all. I saw no volume... No curls. Maybe I wasn't applying it right...? I did have a lot of expectations for this mascara though... That adds to my disappointment. I really wanted to love it since a lot of people do love it. I think I should try the other version. But for now, I give this mascara a 6.5 out of 10. I did like how it didn't flake off or made my lashes stiff.

Guess What Came in the Mail Today?

THE BODY LINE!

Gosh, I've been waiting forever( well, not forever...about two weeks ), for this to ship from Japan. It contains my whole future.
...well...my whole future of Animefest. ^-^
As you already know, I'm going as Alois Trancy, so what the heck am I talking about the Body Line???
Some probably didn't know that the Body Line also makes and sells cosplays as well and not just Lolita costumes.

Here is a link to the Alois cosplay I ordered for you to see : HERE
That package that everything came in is super cute. ><
Everything in the picture is included except the shoes and socks.

I totally recommend the Body Line if you're going to be Alois, Grell, or Ciel because the quality of the cosplays are GREAT. It is what expected of a Lolita company. It is also made in Japan which is a big plus. Shipping was only $10 to anywhere in the world by Airmail. We ordered 4 costumes and had it shipped together for just $10.

I got it in small, which is suppose to be the right size for me, but somehow the shorts were a little too tight and it was giving me wedgies. xD Oh well... more motivation for me to lose weight!

Since I'm not done gathering everything for Alois together, I'll post another blog post when I have everything.
♥ Circle lenses
♥ Shoes
♥ Ring
    ♥ Wig
Though my hair is already how his should look like, a cosplay really isn't a cosplay without the wig. ^^

Reasons Why You Should Not Use Pantene Pro-V

I've recently switched my shampoos/conditioner from Pantene Pro-V to a salon brand shampoo. I'm still searching for the right one, but I currently use Nexxus Pro-mend shampoo ( not conditioner ). It works okay, but not great. The reason I stopped using Pantene Pro-V immediately is because it started making my hair very dry and for some odd reasons tangly and very hard to manage WHILE IN THE SHOWER -where water is ever present-. I have damaged and very processed hair from bleaching and coloring, and instead of helping my hair get better, Pantene Pro-V made it even more damaged. I have very thin hair too, so when my hair started falling out by the handfuls, it was very heart wrenching. I didn't know why my hair started being waxy and dry. I've been using Pantene Pro-V for years now and have always relied on it because it had made my hair soft, and it is very affordable. I searched online and read about what is making my hair waxy.

Nexxus Pro mend

One ingredient. Panthenol. My hair was waxy and dry because of the panthenol build-up over the years from usage of Pantene Pro-V. Panthenol is the key ingredient in Pantene. That is how your hair is soft when using Pantene, but only for a while. The chemical doesn't make your hair healthy. It acts like wax. It covers your hair and gives it a *false* softness.

Unfortunately, panthenol is found in most drugstore brand shampoos. I recommend trying a salon brand one or keep searching for an affordable shampoo without panthenol. I am very tempted to use Japanese brand shampoos such as Tsubaki recommended by Ekimura from YouTube. Maybe Asian shampoos will work better for my Asian hair. Logic huh.

Rant over. Now I will go back to playing Black Ops and shoot some zombies~! Laters :3

Pre-Animefest

Animefest is a anime convention in Dallas, Texas on August 29th. I will be going this year dressed as Alois Trancy from the anime show, Kuroshitsuji ( Black Butler ).

This Dude.
He is such a teaser. Haha. I still love him though.
I will be accompanied by two friends, and they will be also cosplaying characters from the same anime, so it will be a group cosplay. One will be Grell Sutcliff, and one will be Ciel Phantomhive. Unfortunately, I don't have my butler, Claude. Ciel does though...sort of. xD

 This body pillow right here.
Mai Kwon ( who is the Ciel ), will be carrying that pillow around the convention. Hahaha. That will be so hilarious. The pillow was a present from her and my other friend, Nontan ( the Grell ). They got it at a local anime store around Dallas - Anime Pop. I think they also have a website.

For my Alois cosplay, I will be writing out a separate blog post on what I wore and where I got them. (Mostly from online stores/ Ebay). Along with that, I also will post about the makeup I wore for Alois, which is an original makeup look BTW. Of course all that will be in September. As of now, there is San-Japan (in San Antonio), to worry about. It is another convention that I am looking forward to in the next two weeks. I won't be cosplaying there, but I will be attending the masquerade that will be hosted.
Stay tune for more reviews and updates!

EOS Dolly Eye Grey (old video)

EOS Dolly Eye Grey Review
This is a very old video review I made.
I will post up another one sometimes later since I bought a second pair. ^^
These. Are. Vibrant. Holy Hell.
I LOVE THEM. I always come back to them for cosplays and such.
I've used these for my Nezumi ( No.6 ) cosplay.

GEO Super Nudy Green Review

Here is my GEO Super Nudy Green review. (Old)

I got them from Byzantine-collection.com
They were very enlarging and comfortable. I loved these.
Too bad I had to throw them out because they were about 7 months old, but they do last up to a year. I just don't like to keep any lenses over 8 months.  I will definitely purchase another pair.
